These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Pup In The Tub’s dog grooming services. By bringing your dog to Pup In The Tub, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

Pup In The Tub provides dog grooming services. Your acceptance of services constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are essential for efficient service. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Failure to do so may result in a fee.

3. Pet Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to ensure your dog is healthy and suitable for grooming. If your dog exhibits any signs of illness or injury, please inform us immediately. Pup In The Tub is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or injuries.

4. Liability

Pup In The Tub uses reasonable care in providing services. However, we are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses to your dog, including but not limited to, accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the grooming process. You acknowledge and agree that the risk of any such event is inherent in the service.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Late payments may incur a fee.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

7. Changes to Terms

Pup In The Tub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
